Melakukan sesuatu secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu yang lama sering kali menimbulkan kebosanan. Padahal rasa bosan bisa menyebabkan seseorang

Melakukan sesuatu secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu yang lama sering kali menimbulkan kebosanan. Padahal rasa bosan bisa menyebabkan seseorang malas dan bahkan berhenti melakukan sesuatu. Ini jelas berbahaya apabila kebosanan menyerang sisi-sisi penting dalam kehidupan kita seperti pekerjaan dan hubungan. Jangan sampai gara-gara kebosanan, kita tidak bekerja. Atau juga gara-gara kebosanan, hubungan jadi merenggang.

Berikut ini saya berikan beberapa tips yang bisa mengobati kebosanan:

1. Lakukan berbeda
Melakukan sesuatu secara monoton, sering kali menyebabkan kebosanan. Untuk itu lakukan dengan cara-cara yang berbeda. Siapa tahu dengan cara yang berbeda, selain bisa mengatasi kebosanan, justru kita bisa mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik.

2. Berikan apresiasi
Saat kita melakukan sesuatu, cobalah untuk membuat celebrasi untuk apa yang kita lakukan. Celebrasi tersebut bisa berupa hal yang kita senangi sebagai hadiah dari apa yang sudah kita lakukan. Misalnya saat kita sudah bekerja selama seminggu penuh, kita berikan satu kali untuk makan diluar untuk menu yang kita sukai untuk memperingati seminggu kita sudah bekerja dengan baik sekali.

3. Ingat visi dan tujuan kita
Setiap yang kita kerjakan, yang mempunyai visi dan tujuan yang jelas, pasti bisa kita lakukan sebaik-baiknya. Hal itu karena visi dan tujuan memberikan semangat. Oleh sebab itu, jika kita mulai bosan, coba ingat visi dan tujuan kita yang bisa kita raih dari apa yang kita lakukan. Setelah itu pasti kita akan punya tambahan semangat untuk berjuang lagi.

4. Ingat pencapaian kita
Pencapaian-pencapaian tertentu dalam pekerjaan dan hubungan, kalau diingat kembali bisa memberikan semangat untuk melakukan sesuatu, plus membangkitkan keinginan untuk mendapatkan pencapaian-pencapaian lain.

tapi mengapa kita juga yg harus berusaha menentukan takdir kita sendiri.
